Walk-In Care kiosks, located in private rooms at select Lowcountry Publix pharmacies, offer a fast and convenient way to have a video-enabled visit with a board-certified physician. The visit costs $67.
One Stop: Doc, Rx & Shop
Simply tell the Publix pharmacy team you’d like to have a Walk-In Care visit. A team member will show you how to start your video visit and answer any questions.
During your visit you'll have access to smart devices like a blood pressure cuff and thermometer. The doctor will tell you when and how to use them. The device's information will be immediately available to the doctor to help with providing a more accurate diagnosis.
If the doctor gives you a prescription* or recommends an over-the-counter medication, you are already right where you need to be — at the Publix pharmacy. You’re also just steps away from tea, orange juice, tissues and other supplies that can help you feel better quickly.

Walk-In Care visits are available at the above Publix locations during normal pharmacy hours. Outside of those hours, BMH Care Anywhere brings care to you using your smartphone, tablet or computer for a video visit with a board-certified physician.
*Not all Walk-In Care or BMH Care Anywhere visits will result in a prescription order and controlled substances cannot be prescribed.
