We offer same-day and walk-in appointments for minor illnesses and injuries to those living in the Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head, Yemassee and Ridgeland communities. Our Express Care clinics offer immediate care services when you can’t visit your primary care physician. Our board-certified physicians and physician assistants provide timely, caring treatment to get you back on your feet quickly.

Please note: COVID-19 vaccines are NOT AVAILABLE at our Express Care clinics and testing requires a physician's order.

- Sick visits for adults & children
- Work physicals
- Sports, school and camp physicals
- Treatment for sprains, strains and minor fractures
- Treatment for minor lacerations & contusions
- Fever, sore throat, colds & earaches
- Immunizations
- On-site X-ray and lab services
If you are already a Beaufort Memorial Physicians Partners patient, our Express Care providers have access to your Beaufort Memorial medical records so they can view important information about your medical history and medications, and you don’t have to complete additional paperwork.

When to Visit Express Care vs. the Emergency Room
Our Express Care clinics are ideal for minor illnesses and injuries when you need same-day urgent care. Our Express Care clinics welcome drop-ins Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.
All life- and limb-threatening situations should be addressed by the emergency room immediately. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, call 911 or visit our emergency room at 955 Ribaut Road, Beaufort, SC 29902. For your convenience, you can check in to our emergency room online.
Life-threatening/Emergency Room Emergencies
- Pain in your chest
- Head trauma
- Neck or spine injuries, especially if they limit mobility
- Severe bleeding
- Sudden loss of vision or blurred vision
- Change in mental status
- Stroke or signs of sagging on one side of the body
