Request the Mobile Wellness Unit for Your Event
As part of our Community Health Improvement Program we welcome the opportunity to bring our 40-foot mobile wellness unit to neighborhoods, health fairs, businesses, schools, churches and other organizations located in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
We do not charge for mobile wellness unit appearances and will offer the following free services:
- Blood pressure checks for hypertension
- Blood sugar checks for diabetes
- Clinical breast, prostate and skin cancer exams (available only when a nurse practitioner is present)
