Through our partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC Health), we offer you or your loved one access to new cancer therapies and medications before they are widely available. These nationally designed studies provide alternatives to standard treatments and more choices for care, while advancing medical research that may help others.

Participation is voluntary, and your cancer care team will talk with you about the potential benefits and what to expect.

Beaufort Memorial’s Oncology Services, which includes care provided at both the Keyserling Cancer Center in Beaufort and the New River Cancer Center in Okatie, are an accredited Community Cancer Program through the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. Accreditation of a cancer program is granted only to those organizations that have voluntarily committed to provide the best in cancer diagnosis and treatment and are able to comply with established Commission on Cancer standards.
