Many people find it difficult to relax. At the LifeFit Wellness Center, our licensed massage therapists can help.We offer three different types of massage:

Deep Tissue massage manipulates muscles to release chronic tension. It uses firmer pressure than Swedish massage and is focused on specific areas of the body.

Swedish massage manipulates soft tissue and muscle to induce a state of relaxation. The technique uses lighter pressure than deep massage.

Prenatal massage uses varying techniques to address many common discomforts, such as swelling and nerve pain, that are associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts.

Hot Stone massage focuses on the use of stones of varying temperatures to administer multi-level relief while creating therapeutically healing and re-energizing responses in the body.
